Please fill out all selections on the form. Your phone number must be provided, in case we wish to do a verbal interview before we arrange a meeting to pick up your chinchilla. Please be knowledgeable of a chinchilla's needs before looking to adopt one, we reserve the right to refuse any adoption.

All chinchillas from FTCR are not to be bred.
All chinchillas up for adoption have been vet checked, and are healthy.
All chinchillas from FTCR are certified, spoiled rotten. They do know they are beautiful creatures. :)
