We are a family-run rescue located in Cordova, TN, approximately 22 miles from Memphis Int'l Airport.  We began rescuing chinchillas when we recieved a little, half-emaciated, beige chinchilla in a box from someone who had kept him in a garage.   We will never turn away a chinchilla in need, no matter its temperment or former situation.

All of our chinchillas are treated like little kings and queens, and are exposed to many different people, and dogs. As an in-home rescue, we have five dogs, and two chinchillas, plus any rescue chins we may acquire.  Rescue chinchillas are treated as part of the family, just as much as our two boys are- Alexi and Frodo.

As you may have noticed, all of our rescue-chins carry Star Trek names - we apologize,  however silly it may be, but, It keeps them organized. :)

NOTICE:

All potential adopters must fill out an Adoption Form, and must pick up your chinchilla.  Chinchillas should not be impulse buys, or adoptions, in fact- no pet should.

All chinchillas will come with a small care package to help them get adjusted to their new home. 

We use Mazuri pelleted diets, but we also recommend Oxbow pelleted diet. Please, do NOT feed your chinchilla pet store brands,  as many of these have no nutritional value to your pet, or contain harmful things.
